An Access Pass gives you full access to the entire Voohy platform for a set duration. It's a one-time payment — there's no auto-renewal, so you're always in control. When your pass expires, you can renew at any time.

No. There are absolutely no auto-renewals. When your Access Pass expires, you simply purchase a new one if you'd like to continue. You also get a 3-day grace period after expiration.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets for INR payments. For USD payments, we accept major international credit and debit cards secured with 3D Secure (3DS) authentication for an extra layer of fraud protection. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

3D Secure is an additional security layer for online card payments. When paying in USD, your bank may ask you to verify the transaction via a one-time password, biometric, or banking app notification. This protects you against unauthorized use of your card.

Yes! If you purchase a new Access Pass while your current one is still active, the new duration is added to your existing end date. Nothing is wasted.
